Services
GHP Professional Health Services specializes in providing private duty care programs that are tailored to an individual's specific needs. We often care for those who have post-surgery or post-hospital discharge needs. Our services are also ideal for those who face activities of daily living challenges and mobility difficulties related to their current health conditions.
Skilled Nursing
Direct one-on-one care for clients with a chronic illness or disability. Our Licensed and Registered Nurses will follow a care and treatment plan that is coordinated by your physician.
Home Health Aide
Experienced and Certified Aides who are also able to work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Our personally vetted aides pass strict background qualifications prior to hire, and are hand-matched with you to ensure a good fit.
Private Physical or Occupational Therapy
Our certified therapists can help with rehabilitative and individualized therapy in the privacy of yours or your loved one's home, eliminating unncessary trips to crowded rehabilitation centers.
Case Management Services
Our case management team is specifically trained to provide emotional support during times of health crises. We can provide logistical support and guidance for how to handle your medical situation as well as provide referrals to additional healthcare providers and resources as needed.

Our Mission
My most fond childhood memories were the summers spent with my grandparents. They had so many stories to tell, and so many lessons to teach. When they both passed away, I really missed their presence. Two of my first real jobs were in an elderly home and an insurance company that speclized in the elderly. It was then that I really learned the value of our aging population. Fast forward to 1999, my husband and I were given the opportunity to start a company that could serve our beloved elderly population. Through the years, we have been privileged to care for so many special people. GHP was built on our mission of LOVE; a word that translates to everything we do from the top down - the time and care we take for each and every one of our clients, our staff, and our culture. Do you accept Medicare or Insurance?
GHP does not currently accept any form of health insurance aside from Long-Term Care. We accept Check, ACH Bank Transfer, Cash as well as Credit Card (2.99% Fee for CC Transactions).

Do you only serve the elderly?
Although the majority of our clients are elderly, our care team of medical professionals are able to handle a variety of cases. We can provide care to who have recently been discharged from the hospital, as well as those of all ages with disabilites such as stroke or paraplegia. Please contact us to see how we can work together for your specific needs.

How much do Private Duty Services cost?
All of our packages are completely bespoke. Our services are billed on a per hour basis. Additional requests are billed à la carte. Hourly rates are dependent on factors such as location, level of care required, and level of worker chosen (Nurse or Aide). Please contact us directly for a quote.

Do you service areas outside of Houston?
The majority of our clients are in the Greater Houston and surrounding areas. However we are able accomodate clients throughout Texas or other areas of the country on a case to case basis. Please contact us for additional information.

What precautions are you taking for COVID-19?
Our staff of trained medical professionals take great precautions to ensure the safety of you and your family. Our staff is required to complete a self-assessment and temperature check before each shift. They are required to wear masks for the duration of their shift as well as frequently disinfect their hands and commonly touched surfaces. We are in constant communication with our staff and they must complete a 2 week quarantine and a negative test should anyone in their household show symptoms, or if they have recently traveled out of town.
